The new generation of La Cornue Ranges, high-performance and affordable
The exquisite handcrafted La Cornue ranges from France have long
been considered the unrivaled masterpiece of cooking appliances. Unfortunately,
because these masterpieces are not mass-produced, the experience of
owning a La Cornue has not been widely available.
At first glance, you will recognize the new CornuFé as a La
Cornue: elegant, robust, functional and timeless. The 110-cm stainless
steel cooktop combines five professional gas burners, including a
large central 17,000 BTU burner. The gleaming enamel surface is trimmed
with fine metals complemented by distinctive solid metal control knobs.
The cooking capabilities of the range, with its high-performance 5-burner
gas cooktop and double convention ovens, combine the most important
features for cooking power and control.
CornuFé has two large capacity electric vaulted ovens: one
is a multi-function oven (base heat, brown, conventional oven, convection
broil, convection oven, fan-assisted oven and defrost) and the other
is convection only. Lower storage drawer accommodates dishes, plates
and accessories. Optional Griddle designed for direct cooking, fits
the left cooktop grids. Pricing from $8,000 plus shipping.
Available in Gloss Black, Burgundy, Provence Blue, Forest Green, Ivory White
