In honor of its 100th anniversary La Cornue is introducing a new generation of their world class cooking ranges. The exquisitely handcrafted La Cornue ranges from France have long been considered the unrivaled masterpieces of cooking appliances. Because these masterpieces are not mass produced the experience of owning a La Cornue has not been widely available. With the introduction of the Cornufe 110 and Albertine 90, available in weeks, a new La Cornue can quickly be on its way to your kitchen.
At first glance you will recognize the new 36” Albertine 90 as a La Cornue and a smaller version of the very popular 43” Cornufe 110 model. Both ranges embody the standards of La Cornue. They are elegant, robust, functional and timeless. Along with its predecessor, the Albertine 90 features a stainless steel cooktop with five professional gas burners, including a large central 17,500 BTU burner. The gleaming enamel surface is trimmed with fine metals complemented by distinctive solid metal control knobs. The cooking capabilities of the range, with its high-performance 5-burner gas cooktop and multi-function oven, combine the most important features for cooking power and control.
Albertine 90 and Cornufe 110 boast a large capacity electric multi-function oven with the option of base heat, brown, conventional oven, convection broil, convection oven, fan-assisted oven and defrost. Cornufe 110 has an additional convection oven for cooks desiring more space. Both ranges offer lower storage drawers to accommodate dishes, plates and accessories. Albertine 90 is priced from $6,800 plus delivery. Cornufe 110 is priced from $8,600 plus delivery.
Available in Gloss Black, Burgundy, Provence Blue, and Ivory White porcelain enamel colors as well as Stainless Steel. Trim options for Albertine 90 and Cornufe 110 are Satin Chrome and Satin Chrome with Brass. Cornufe 110 is also available with Satin Chrome and Polished Copper trim.
